Bandit was a curated marketplace designed to revolutionize digital talent hiring. Born as a spin-off from Nubelo (a freelance marketplace acquired by Freelancer.com), we retained the technology while reimagining the approach.

The platform inverted traditional hiring by prioritizing talent supply over demand, allowing professionals to post availability and companies to apply to candidates rather than the reverse. Launch was completed within one month, involving brand development, product remapping, and platform deployment across web and mobile.
